Vanity’s Policies

Vanity Vine will like to thank you for your interest in our brand.  Here, we intend to provide customers with the best service.  Please take a minute to review our policies:

Shipping:  All items are shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays.  Currently Vanity Vine only offers standard shipping (3-5 day) at a flat rate.  Please allow 7-10 days for all customized orders. A signature is required for all orders over $100. Once the package is signed for Vanity Vine is NO LONGER responsible.  

Return:  100% return are granted per Vanity Vine's approval.  All returns must not be damaged or worn and returned within 10 days.  Lastly, there are absolutely NO refunds on custom order.

Cancellation: You must cancel within the first 48 hours of making the appointment. If your cancellation is made within the first 48 hours, a full refund will be granted. However, if the cancellation is NOT made within the first 48 hours, you will only have the option of rescheduling.

Terms & Conditions: We value our customer’s choices and opinions; therefore, it is your responsibility to effectively communicate with us. Before each initial appointment, we will conduct a consultation. This will be your opportunity to discuss any issue(s) you may have (likes, dislikes, concerns, improvements etc.) Here at Vanity By Vine, no two customers are alike; therefore, every treatment and result will be different. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE RESULTS. We will provide you with the best treatment that fits your body and carefully monitor how your body reacts to the treatments. Keep in mind that consistency is key, so the more treatments the more results.


  • You cannot use the Detox Sauna more than twice a week.

  • You cannot use the Detox Sauna while on your menstrual cycle.

  • You cannot use the Detox Sauna longer than 45 minutes per session.

  • Be sure to show up CLEAN and with a change of undergarments (YOU WILL SWEAT)

  • If booking the detox sauna, Be sure to be HYDRATED.

  • If booking Microshading, be sure to have your eyebrows waxed before arrival.

  • If you are utilizing our traveling service, please be sure the work area you provide is clean and a sink is easily accessible.

  • Our equipment is NOT child/pet friendly. (make accommodations for the little ones prior to your appointment).
